Doctor.One’s Goals for Digital Marketing
Doctor.One are looking for a full restructure of their HubSpot Customer Relationship Management System to better align with their internal processes and to support the achievement of their short, medium and long-term goals. They are also looking for guidance on how to get the most from the tools available to them in the HubSpot platform. Our approach for Doctor.One will refine how they use HubSpot to gain more detailed insights, extract more accurate reports and enable the Doctor.One teams to more effectively manage their pipeline to drive better revenue results. The Innovation Visual MarTech team have spent time examining the current set up of the Doctor.One HubSpot platform to find the best recommendations to bring the CRM and Sales Hub usage in line with the company’s vision.
Contacts
Full utilisation of custom properties and labels enable accurate identification and management of leads and individuals, through a sophisticated data structure. A series of custom workflows will also enable automatic qualification of marketing and non-marketing contacts based on their engagement level and relationship with Doctor.One, which will help with segmentation.
Companies
More custom labelling will enable Doctor.One to differentiate between different types of Doctor’s business, including by size and specialism enabling them to more effectively segment their contact data and, from there, better target campaigns and content.
Deals
Properly structured deal pipelines will be utilised through custom association labels, which will streamline the approach to reporting on revenue, forecasting and performance. Effectively implemented automation will ensure that the sales process is scalable and include daily playbooks for the sales team to follow.
Tasks and notifications
The HubSpot CRM facilitates additional automation, to include internal notifications, emails, lead assignment and pipeline management as well as custom properties to enable users to more easily manage leads at different stages.
Integration
Syncing data to HubSpot directly from the mobile app used by doctors and patients will ensure accurate subscription data and will enable the Doctor Success team to nurture doctor relationships based on performance and engagement.
