Available for all HubSpot users, HubSpot admins are now able to customise the following on deal boards:
It’s important to note that for Free and Starter HubSpot users, this customisation will be applied across all pipelines. For HubSpot Pro and Enterprise users, customisation can be done on a per pipeline basis.
This new feature means that there will be more choice and flexibility for HubSpot admins to customise how the board view appears for users.
The workflow app now supports goals-based workflows. This works by using already existing goals to set up workflows that can trigger various actions.
Although this new Pro and Enterprise feature fits within the Sales and Service Hubs, this is also available to Marketing Pro and Enterprise Hub users.
This new feature update will help create more robust notifications based on Goals status to motivate team members and help to drive business decisions based on goal progress.
For Pro and Enterprise Service, Sales and Marketing Hub users, the goals app has two new duration capabilities which enables customers to set goals on a weekly or custom cadence. This means that businesses will be able to measure performance more frequently.
Pro and Enterprise HubSpot users are now able to create custom goals for custom objects and numeric properties; enabling HubSpot users to have a clearer idea of performance.
Pro and Enterprise HubSpot users are now able to choose when to respond to an email thread or start a new one within sequences. By beginning a new email thread, users won’t have to set up a new sequence if they need to change tact with their emails and subject lines.
For example, in 1:1 automation sometimes users want to send a follow up off the back of a previous email thread. However, there are other times that users don’t want to reply to a thread and want to start up a new email without creating a new sequence manually. This update means that they can start a new email thread without having to create a new sequence.
Within the data quality formatting issues tool, AI is now used to automatically suggest the correct format for HubSpot users’ contacts and companies to make it easier to detect any issues related to their location properties. This will help with data cleansing to ensure your team works from high quality, consistent data.
This feature is available to Starter, Pro and Enterprise HubSpot users and is currently in public beta.
Currently in public beta, Pro and Enterprise HubSpot users are now able to share HubSpot dashboards with non-HubSpot users via email. This means you won’t need to get additional seats for people who just need to see ad-hoc reports, making it so much easier to report to various stakeholders.
Now in public beta, Pro and Enterprise HubSpot Admins are now able to create a calculated property to display as a formatted number, unformatted number, currency, percentage or duration.
This will help with reporting and provide better data to make informed decisions.
The email Health tab has had a makeover! This tab is easier to digest and clearer for the user. The updates include:
This update is in public beta and available to all HubSpot users. It will definitely simplify your email performance analysis for faster insights.
Custom calculated properties are now able to be rounded to the nearest whole number or decimal place, enabling HubSpot Pro and Enterprise users to have more control over calculations.

In the custom report builder, HubSpot Pro and Enterprise users can now create reports that display multiple metrics in one chart. For example, when reporting on measures that are broken down by the same dimension, you can add up to 10 metrics to the same report.
This will help your teams create granular reports that provide the insights they need to make better decisions and identify opportunities.
Available to Starter, Pro and Enterprise HubSpot users, this new HubSpot feature will enable HubSpot Admins to make line-item association required as part of creating a new deal. When creating a new deal, line item associations are vital for enabling greater reporting and data quality.
Managing workflows is now much simpler for Pro and Enterprise HubSpot users as they can set up custom workflow views and subfolders within folders, making it easier to organise, find and manage workflows. A tidy workspace will save so much time as people can find workflows more easily!
This new feature is currently in public beta.
Available to both Marketing and Service Pro and Enterprise users, HubSpot now allows users to communicate through WhatsApp by adding a WhatsApp link to their page. This will help break down silos between your teams to fit every communications styles and preferences.
Currently in public beta, Pro and Enterprise HubSpot users can manage Instagram @mentions under Social within the ‘Monitor Streams’ section, helping businesses to engage with followers and resolve any negative feedback quickly and in one place.
Within the ads tool, HubSpot Pro and Enterprise users can create multiple ad goals and track their progress within the Analyze tab within Ads:
This exciting new product feature is currently in public beta and will help your team better understand the value and return from their advertising efforts.
Pro and Enterprise HubSpot users will now be able to send any HubSpot form fill event data to Meta as a conversion with this updated integration. This will help better understand whether your advertising efforts are providing value to the business.
Currently in public beta, HubSpot Enterprise users can now request approval before publishing a landing page, blog post or website page. Please note that content approvals for website pages is only available to CMS Hub Enterprise users.
This will help track approval processes internally to ensure nothing is missed and quality is maintained across all content.
