I am delighted to join Innovation Visual at the company’s beautifully located offices in Godalming as their new Content Writer. I would like to thank Tim for this kind opportunity to introduce myself and tell you a little bit more about my background.
What Do You Need To Know About Me?
My career has been diverse, starting with an entertainment and music industry background; I worked for Chrysalis Records, Warner Music International and 19 Entertainment where I travelled the world managing Simon Fuller’s latest sell out pop groups.
I then lived and worked in Dubai as a PR and Marketing Executive for an events & exhibitions company before returning to the UK 2 years ago. I’ve studied writing at Central Saint Martins and my film script was selected for a writing programme at the British Film Institute.
Having a love of writing and having worked in content and social media in the exhibitions and events industry, I felt that it was a natural move to join Innovation Visual where I could gain a deeper insight into an innovative industry sector, which is growing and having a real positive impact for businesses.
How Am I Finding Life at Innovation Visual?
Everybody has made me feel part of the team from the first day by being so supportive and offering training and advice where needed. It’s great to see how the whole team work so well together and get involved in many aspects of the digital services offered.
I’m excited to put my skills to good use at Innovation Visual, which I’ve found a very friendly and stimulating environment to work in. I already feel I have learnt so much in familiarising myself with how Innovation Visual skilfully use their digital expertise to enhance the online presence of the products and services our clients offer.
I’ve no doubt I’m going to be happy working as part of this very welcoming and lovely team, especially with Poppy – the office dog.
