What Does the Internship Involve?

As an intern at Innovation Visual, you will be treated as an integral part of our team of digital marketeers. Working hours will be the same as the rest of the team, from 9am to 5.30pm.

You will be expected to complete a variety of tasks during your time with us, to maximise your learning experience. We take great pride in delivering a high standard of work at all times, and you will be expected to adhere to this and work to the best of your ability during your time with us.

As a full and productive participant of our team we want you to learn with us, help our team deliver results and potentially build a working relationship that could see you return to work with us in the future.

Obtain Industry Recognised Qualifications

At Innovation Visual, we place a strong emphasis on the learning and development for all of our staff. In addition to the hands-on experience and learning from experts within our team we will include you in both team and individual training opportunities.

During your time with us you will have the opportunity to become Google Ad Certified and pass a selection of HubSpot marketing exams. These qualifications are industry recognised and will be a great addition to your CV.

Working Environment

Our entire team has been working from home since March 2020, with only occasional trips into the office when it has been necessary and, most importantly, safe to do so. As such we would expect this role to also be remote. Equipment and full induction will be provided as with any other employee.

Current Available Dates

This internship is available as a block, meaning we would ideally like the successful applicant to be with us for the full 8 consecutive weeks. There is some flexibility around the dates of commencement of these blocks, but we would like them to take place over the summer or early autumn of 2021.

Where We Are

We are based in Tanshire Park, a popular Surrey business park, located on Shackleford Road, Elstead, Surrey, GU8 6LB. Note that this is not an easy location to get to using public transport!

We invest heavily in training and personal development. Each team member is encouraged to undertake at least 8 hours of learning per month. We know from feedback that our team members become highly skilled and very knowledgeable extremely quickly, and far faster than the industry norms.

We are a full Google Partner, Drift Partner, HubSpot Diamond Partner, Trustpilot Partner and Microsoft Advertising Partner agency and have access to their training resources online and in person to allow us to further develop your skills.
