Tim and Alex from the Innovation Visual team led a webinar in association with the University of Liverpool talking to students about the prospects of pursuing a career in digital marketing.
The webinar focused on giving an overview of what digital marketing is, an insight into the digital marketing landscape and what the future holds in this industry sector.
This continues Innovation Visual’s relationship with the University of Liverpool having led a webinar in December 2017 on the growth of voice search and how this is impacting marketing.
Pursuing a Career in Digital Marketing
At this time of year, many students are nearing their final exams, and this means that the world of work is not too far away. Some may have already secured a job, but for others they may still be deciding on what career to pursue.
For students perhaps early in their university life, the webinar was a chance to expose themselves to the opportunities available in the digital marketing industry sector.
Having worked in digital marketing for over 20 years, Tim provided an excellent insight into the field and Alex offered a very relevant insight for students, explaining what it is like working in digital marketing as a 20 something year old.
